4. Responsibility and Liability

  • 4.1 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect information provided by the client will be the client’s responsibility.
  • 4.2 Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier-related issues.
  • 4.3 Loss or Damage: In the event of loss or damage to items during shipping, clients should contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and facilitate a replacement or refund if necessary.
